It is anticipated schedule K-1s will be sent to shareholders for the 2023 tax year by August 15, 2024. K-1s cannot be issued until all entities within the Fund have completed their tax returns, which can delay the issuance to shareholders. A K-1 is issued to report each shareholder’s portion of profits and losses accrued by the Fund as a result of its investments and operations. Thus, the K-1 is reflective of each shareholder’s portion of ownership and corresponding tax obligations.
