Senior Relationship Manager

Location: Lisle, Illinois

We are looking for a results-driven individual to manage and grow relationships with Amplify’s key partners. In this role, you will work closely with partners covering index, sub-advisory, revenue and expense sharing, and distribution, among other engagements in pursuit of optimizing delivery of solution driven investments products to investors. The ideal candidate will be experienced in managing complex B2B relationships, helping clients optimize their financial operations, and delivering high-quality service.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain long-term relationships with ETF partners, supporting shared financial objectives and facilitating value driven content delivery used in enhancing Amplify’s marketing and distribution efforts.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and potential clients covering existing and prospective relationships. Proactively approach and engage with key decision-makers to expand the relationship base.
  • ensuring solutions are aligned with the client’s business strategy and goals.
  • Account Management: Manage and grow existing client accounts, ensuring all needs are addressed and that businesses continue to benefit from relevant products and services.
  • Consultative Approach: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering expert advice on financial strategies, risk management, and cost optimization to help businesses meet their goals.
  • Industry Insight: Stay informed on industry trends, regulations, and market conditions potentially impacting Amplify ETF solutions. Offer valuable insights and updates to partners to help them stay apprised of ETF market conditions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product, and National Accounts to ensure a seamless experience for partners.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in investments management, financial services or a similar industry.
  • Strong understanding of financial products, especially ETFs, and services tailored to financial advisors.
  • Proven track record of managing complex client relationships and driving business growth within financial services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior-level stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
  • Understanding of financial regulations, compliance standards, and risk management in a B2B context.
