ETF Internal Sales Specialist

Location: Lisle, IL

An Internal Sales Specialist at Amplify is responsible for promoting and distributing our ETF product line-up to financial advisors. This role supports External Sales Specialists and by building relationships, generating leads, and providing product expertise.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with financial advisors and institutional clients.
  • Promote investment products and solutions aligned with client needs.
  • Collaborate with external sales team to drive sales and asset growth.
  • Conduct outbound calls, virtual meetings, email campaigns and presentations to educate clients.
  • Stay informed on market trends, regulatory changes, and product updates.
  • Track sales metrics and maintain SalesForce records.
  • Provide exceptional client service and follow-up support.
Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of investment products and financial markets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven sales ability and client relationship management.
  • SIE, Series 6 or 7 license (often required or preferred).
  • 2–3 years of experience in financial services or asset management is desirable.
  • High level of motivation, organization, and attention to detail.

  • Intellectual curiosity and passion for financial services.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Coachable and receptive to feedback.
  • Experience with SalesForce tools and sales analytics platforms.
