ETF Analyst, Product Development & Management

Location: Lisle, Illinois

In this role, you will assist in the development and management of new Amplify ETFs, collaborate with sales, marketing and operations, conduct market research, and support growth strategies, all while maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of ETFs to help drive product strategy. 

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development of new ETF products to enhance our fund lineup.   
  • Assist in the ongoing support and management of the 30+ ETFs at Amplify. 
  • Collaborate across teams including sales, marketing, operations, and finance throughout the ETF lifecycle.   
  • Conduct market research to identify product enhancements and emerging trends in the ETF space.   
  • Support the execution of strategies that align with company goals and drive ETF growth.   
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of ETFs and other investment structures to inform product strategy and development. 
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.   
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in financial services, preferably with a focus on ETFs.   
  • Strong understanding of ETF products and market dynamics.   
  • Progress towards CFA designation is highly preferred.   
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting. 

This position is on-site in Lisle, IL and does not include a relocation package.
