Duties & Responsibilities

As an Analyst in ETF Operations, you’ll be at the heart of our daily operations, ensuring our ETFs run smoothly and efficiently. You will report to the Head of ETF Operations, and your key responsibilities will include:

  • Daily Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day ETF operations, ensuring compliance with governing fund documents.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior management, sales, compliance, product, finance, and marketing teams to launch new ETFs and optimize existing funds.
  • Third-Party Coordination: Manage relationships with external partners, overseeing portfolio management and fund administration tasks.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Partner with legal/compliance teams to create, update, and review ETF regulatory documents.
  • Operational Efficiency: Continuously optimize and build operational efficiencies to enhance our processes.
  • Industry Awareness: Stay informed about regulatory and industry changes, ensuring our fund operations remain ahead of the curve.
  • Dynamic Tasks: Take on exciting projects, keeping your role varied and engaging.
Requirements
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience: 1-3 years in Financial Services or a related field.
  • Passion for the Markets: A strong interest in financial markets and a drive to learn and succeed.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and experience with automation tools, macros, or scripting to improve operational efficiency. Familiarity with emerging technologies to build practical tools that support process optimization is a plus.
  • Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail and ability to take ownership of issues or escalate them appropriately.
  • Communication Skills: Professional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact through phone, email, and in-person channels
