Marketing Content Manager

Location: Lisle, IL

The Marketing Content Manager supports the creation and execution of marketing content that drives awareness, understanding, and adoption of Amplify ETF products. This role collaborates closely with product, sales, and marketing partners to develop sales enablement materials, support ETF launches, and contribute to integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. The position balances hands‑on content creation with coordination and compliance support in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Support Content Creation for New Product Launches: Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams to develop launch messaging, narratives, and sales enablement materials (presentations, fact sheets, web copy, emails) that support new ETF rollouts and targeted initiatives.
  • Conduct Product Research & Competitive Content Analysis: Gather insights on market trends, investor needs, and competitor positioning to inform content themes, messaging frameworks, and product positioning.
  • Develop & Refresh Marketing & Sales Enablement Content: Create and update sales enablement tools, website content, and marketing collateral to ensure messaging remains accurate, relevant, and aligned with product strategy.
  • Support Integrated, Content‑Driven Marketing Campaigns: Partner with marketing colleagues and sales teams to help develop multi‑channel campaigns centered on compelling content that drives awareness, engagement, and adoption of Amplify ETF products.
  • Contribute to Digital Content Initiatives: Support content creation and optimization across digital channels including website experience, email marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, and online advertising to deepen advisor and investor engagement.
  • Perform additional marketing operations and administrative support duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, finance, communications, or a related field.
  • 4–7 years of marketing experience in asset management or financial services; ETF experience preferred.
  • Proven experience developing marketing collateral and sales enablement for product launches and campaigns.
  • Strong project management, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Creative and analytical thinker with the ability to craft clear, compliant messaging in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, HubSpot, and SEC/FINRA requirements a plus.
