ETF Product Development Associate

Location: Lisle, Illinois

As an ETF Product Associate, you will assist in the development and marketing of new ETF products, collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Operations, conduct market research, and support growth initiatives, while maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of ETFs to inform product strategy.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and marketing of new ETF products to enhance our fund lineup.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Operations, Compliance, and Finance throughout the ETF lifecycle.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential product enhancements and emerging trends in the ETF space.
  • Support the execution of strategies that align with company goals and drive ETF growth.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of ETFs and other investment structures to inform product strategy.
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in financial services, preferably with a focus on ETFs.
  • Strong understanding of ETF products and market dynamics.
  • Progress towards CFA designation or advanced degree is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
