ETF Marketing Associate

Location: Lisle, IL

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented ETF Marketing Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the development and execution of various marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing our brand presence and driving client engagement. This position offers an excellent opportunity for growth and learning in a fast-paced environment.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Support marketing projects and tasks from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery of materials and initiatives.
  • Email Marketing: Help develop, manage, and optimize email campaigns to boost client engagement and drive conversions.
  • Digital Marketing: Support the planning and implementation of digital enhancements, including landing pages, websites, SEO/SEM, content creation, and advertising campaigns.
  • Social Media: Assist in managing our presence across various platforms by contributing to the creation of engaging content, monitoring interactions, and compiling performance metrics for analysis.
  • Content Creation: Assist in creating, updating, and maintaining marketing and sales enablement materials.
  • Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of events, handling both pre-event preparations and post-event follow-ups
Requirements
  • Experience: While a minimum of 1-2 years of marketing experience is preferred, we are open to candidates with strong potential and a keen interest in marketing, regardless of their current level of experience.
  • ETFs Knowledge: Experience with ETFs is desirable, but an eagerness to learn and understand ETFs is equally valued for candidates without direct experience.
  • Skills: Strong project management abilities,  analytical skills, and proficiency in marketing systems and software preferred.
  • Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team and partner effectively with external stakeholders.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
