Vice President, ETF Operations

Location: Lisle, IL

As the Vice President, ETF Operations, you’ll spearhead and manage the daily operational activities for Amplify ETFs. We are seeking a candidate that has extensive ‘40 Act product knowledge and practical experience with the day-to-day operations—providing development, implementation, and ongoing administration/monitoring in support of Amplify ETFs.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day ETF operations consistent with the governing fund documents.
  • Build and optimize the operations of Amplify ETFs.
  • Manage third party operation partners and administrative providers to ensure:
    • PCF file preparation, including reviewing the relevant component stocks, quantity and prices
    • ETF creation/redemption orders and settlements
    • ETF rebalances
    • ETF collateral processing and P&L calculation
  • Drive the creation, updates, and review of ETF regulatory documents in partnership of legal/compliance.
  • Ensure operational readiness for all new ETF launches and implementation with strong collaboration with senior management, product and marketing.
  • Awareness of regulatory and industry changes and how it impacts the business & operations
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent project management experience
  • Minimum 10 years business experience in Financial Services
  • Proven experience with minimum 5 years of ETF Operations experience
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with multiple audiences in mind both internally and externally.
