ETF Internal Sales Manager (Player/ Coach)

Location: Lisle, IL

As the Internal Sales Manager (Player/Coach) at Amplify ETFs, you will lead all aspects of the internal sales team including supervision, recruitment, and training of internal sales individuals who promote and distribute our ETF product line-up to financial advisors.  You will also serve as a Sr Internal Salesperson covering a territory working alongside an external counterpart to generate sales.  You will partner w Sales Leadership to support the firm’s sales initiatives, ensuring the internal sales team has the appropriate levels of capital markets acumen, product knowledge, professionalism and activity.

Duties & Responsibilities

Management (Coach)

  • Supervise internal team assuring appropriate levels of acumen, solutions, service and activity
  • Ensure collaboration between peers and external counterparts to achieve collective goals
  • Set expectations, implement KPIs, monitor activity including inbound/outbound calls, quality engagements, Zoom meetings and email campaigns
  • Work with Sales Management to design and implement distribution strategy
  • Spearhead product training and sales skill training to develop professionalism & effectiveness
  • Partner effectively to deploy business intelligence, sales analytics, and new technologies to continuously evolve and improve
  • Organize all aspects of recruiting, hiring, exam requirements, and onboarding process for team
  • Identify implementation opportunities and marketing needs to drive advisor adoption

Internal (Player)

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with financial advisors in territory
  • Promote investment products and solutions aligned with client needs.
  • Collaborate with external sales team to drive sales and asset growth.
  • Conduct outbound calls, virtual meetings, email campaigns and presentations to educate clients.
  • Stay informed on market trends, regulatory changes, and product updates.
  • Track sales metrics and maintain SalesForce records.
  • Provide exceptional client service and follow-up support.
Requirements
  • FINRA License 7, 66, 24 required (will obtain 24 if needed)
  • 5-7 years of intermediary experience with an established ETF asset manager
  • Proven understanding of competitive analysis with high adoption rate to new technologies
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and sales presentation skills
  • High energy, motivated individual, commitment to excellence
  • Ability to work and lead a team environment
